Santander Bank launches its crypto trading board. True, so far only for their Brazilian clients

The South American branch of Spain’s financial giant Santander Group: Banco Santander S.A is launching its digital asset platform. This was stated by the CEO of Santander Brazil Mario Leao in the comments of Folha de S. Paulo.

According to the functionary, in the coming months, Brazilian clients are required to manage their crypto assets through the Santander Mobile application. Most likely, this is unexpected on the recent news about the plans of the Latin American banking giants Itaú, XP and Nubank, who previously also announced the development of their platforms for crypto traders.

As Mario Leao stated, for now this feature is only available for Brazil, but Santander plans to connect all Latin American countries.
