MEMORANDUM. VOLUME III

THE TRANSITION. FROM ELECTRICITY TO QPURE. AUROBILAN, DIGITAL FINANCIAL ASSETS, AND BANKS

DISCLAIMER

This document is a conceptual project prepared on the basis of open data, public statements, and analytical materials. The memorandum is not a legal document, investment recommendation, or call to action. All conclusions are probabilistic and analytical in nature.

THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE VOLUMES

  • Volume I (physical architecture): energy as a common public resource, Bitcoin as an energy derivative, and NES as a resource distribution mechanism. Subject: defining the resource.
  • Volume II (financial architecture): debt, the club, Basel, and mechanisms for resource extraction. Subject: the mechanism of resource extraction and the construction of an alternative.
  • Volume III (ontological architecture): establishing the impossibility of an energy-based benchmark, QPURE as a unit anchored to the Earth, Aurobilan as an accounting system, integration with digital financial assets and banks, and the cross-border nature of intangible assets. Subject: the transition from electricity to QPURE and a way out of the dead end for every country.

The elements of Volumes I and II (NES, Basel, the debt pyramid) are not duplicated in this volume and are referenced where necessary. However, to ensure continuity, this volume contains three bridges:

  • Bridge I → III (Part 9): how NES (a share in the Bitcoin pool, Volume I) relates to QPURE (a share in the Earth, Volume III), and what happens to an NES holder during the transition.
  • Bridge II → III (Part 10): how the debt pyramid (Basel, the club, defaults, Volume II) can be refinanced through QPURE and where the “way out of the dead end” comes from.
  • Bridge from ontology to operations (Part 11): who measures psi and how, who verifies reserves, and who establishes Lankearch. In other words, how QPURE is transformed from a declaration into a functioning mechanism.

Without these three bridges, Volume III remains a description of a benchmark rather than becoming a transition mechanism. This is precisely why they are included in the present edition.

PART 0. MYTHS AND PATTERNS THAT VOLUME III DISPELS

0.1. Why This Section Is Necessary

Volume III introduces a new architecture: QPURE, Aurobilan, NES, and the ontological layer. But an architecture cannot work if the reader remains trapped in old myths. A myth is neither “stupidity” nor “deception.” It is a simplification that was once useful but has ceased to reflect reality. Myths persist because they are convenient: they save mental effort.

The purpose of this volume is not to “refute” myths, but to dispel them: to show why they emerged, what they fail to account for, what pattern lies behind them, and how they can be overcome. Dispelling a myth is not a battle; it is a matter of architectural work.

0.2. The Twenty-Four Myths Dispelled by Volume III

Myths about energy and benchmarks (Part 1):

  • “Energy = electricity.”
  • “Gold is the eternal standard of value.”
  • “Fiat currency is backed by trust, and trust is an asset.”
  • “Bitcoin is the final benchmark.”

Myths about the impossibility of an alternative (Part 2):

  • “An energy-based benchmark is impossible, so no benchmark can exist at all.”
  • “Official science knows everything.”
  • “If there is only one way to obtain energy, there can only be one measure.”

Myths about benchmarks and accounting (Part 3):

  • “Deflation is impossible because the money supply keeps growing.”
  • “Accounting is just bookkeeping.”
  • “Ontology is metaphysics and has nothing to do with economics.”

Myths about resources and reserves (Part 4):

  • “The value of reserves can be measured in dollars.”
  • “Extraction matters more than reserves because extraction generates income.”

Myths about cross-border assets (Part 5):

  • “A benchmark must be national.”
  • “Intangible assets belong to a territory.”
  • “The author must record a name and a price.”

Myths about exiting into fiat (Part 6):

  • “Cryptocurrency is speculation.”
  • “Exiting into fiat is the end of the road.”

Myths about countries (Part 7):

  • “Resource-rich countries always win.”
  • “Countries with advanced technology have no interest in QPURE.”
  • “Countries outside the club are doomed.”

Myths about the architect (Part 8):

  • “The architect is a country.”
  • “The transition is a revolution.”
  • “There is no third option” (not a myth, but a thesis that requires further development).

Myths about the volumes (Part 1.1):

  • “Volume II should have discussed ergies.”

0.3. The Eight Patterns Used by Volume III

A pattern is a recurring logic that the reader can apply independently. Volume III uses eight patterns:

No. Pattern Where It Applies Formulation
1 Flow → stock 1.3, 4.2, 4.5, 9.3 A system tied to a flow is inflationary; a system tied to a stock is deflationary
2 Measurement → accounting → settlement → audit 3.6, 6.3, 11.7 Every operation passes through four stages; without any one of them, the system is incomplete
3 Ontology → verification → operation 3.4, 3.5, 11.2–11.6 An ontological category without a verification mechanism is a declaration; with such a mechanism, it becomes an operation
4 A single-measure system is incomplete 1.3.1, 1.3.3, 2.2 Any measure tied to a single resource or carrier is structurally incomplete
5 What is not measured is not accounted for 1.3.2, 2.4 A system that does not measure faith cannot detect its imitation
6 Rejection of a theory ≠ impossibility of a phenomenon 2.4 Official science is a system of accepted models, not the boundary of what is possible
7 An architect is not a location 5.6, 7.6, 8.3, 8.7 An architectural role is determined by legal status, not geography
8 Refusing the transition is also a scenario 8.2 Collapse does not mean “nothing happens”; it means everyone loses

0.4. How to Read This Volume

Every part of Volume III:

  • Dispels one or more myths.
  • Uses one or more patterns.
  • Contains a “Verifiability” section explaining how to test the key claim.
  • Contains a “Limitations and Conditions” section explaining what must be satisfied for the claim to be implementable.
  • Concludes with a “Myths Dispelled and Patterns Used” section.

If you are reading this volume for the first time, start with the “Verifiability” and “Limitations and Conditions” sections at the end of each part. These address the objections “it is utopian” and “there is no mechanism.” They show that every claim can be tested and that every claim has conditions for implementation.

If you are reading this volume as a critic, focus on three things:

  • Verifiability: every key claim can be tested logically, physically, or statistically.
  • Limitations and Conditions: every claim has conditions under which it can be implemented. If those conditions are not met, the claim remains a declaration.
  • Dispelling myths: the volume does not simply “refute” old models; it shows why they emerged and what they fail to account for.

If you are reading this volume as a practitioner, start with Part 6 (Aurobilan, digital financial assets, and banks) and Part 9 (Bridge I → III). This is the practical layer: how to exit into fiat and how to integrate NES into QPURE. The ontological layer (Parts 2, 3, and 11) is intended for those prepared to work with the language of transition.

If you are reading this volume as a skeptic, start with Part 10 (Bridge II → III). It addresses the questions “Why would a creditor agree?” and “Why would the United States or China play by these rules?” The answer: QPURE does not require their consent; it builds a parallel framework.

This makes the volume logical (the structure is repeated), scientific (every claim is testable), and implementable (the conditions are specified).

0.5. Two Layers of the Text: Ontological and Practical

Volume III is written in two languages simultaneously. This is intentional, but it requires explanation; otherwise, readers may perceive the ontological layer as “mysticism” and the practical layer as “utopianism.”

Ontological layer: ergies, psi, DOBRA, the 12 kingdoms of nature, Lankearch, NERD, and the 12 Justices. This is a language of description. It is needed to establish the plurality of resources and the impossibility of reducing them to a single measure. The ontological layer is not mandatory for implementation; it is the framework within which implementation makes sense.

Practical layer: Aurobilan, digital financial assets, banks, tax infrastructure, conversion of NES → QPURE, and the three channels for exiting into fiat. This is what can be launched without ontology. The practical layer answers the question “what should be done,” while the ontological layer answers “why does it work?”

Why this matters. A critic may say: “This is utopian because psi is subjective.” The answer: the practical layer is sufficient for a pilot. The ontological layer is for those ready to work with the language of transition. A pilot can operate using Aurobilan and digital financial assets without using psi or the 12 kingdoms. Ontology can be added later, once the system has demonstrated its feasibility.

An analogy. Accounting has “debits” and “credits,” which are a language of description. But accounting works without understanding the philosophy of double-entry bookkeeping. The same principle applies here: QPURE operates on the practical layer; the ontological layer explains why it does not repeat the mistake of a single-measure system.

For the pilot. The pilot could be located in Irkutsk Oblast, Kazakhstan, or Paraguay (see 7.1.1, 7.4, Appendix 10). It uses the practical layer: surplus energy → mining → digital financial assets → bank → fiat. The ontological layer (psi, DOBRA, Lankearch) is introduced as readiness develops, not all at once. This reduces the risk of the project being perceived as a “cult” or a “pyramid scheme”: the pilot speaks the language of banks and taxation, not the language of ergies.

PART 1. EXPOSING THE ILLUSION: THE LIMITS OF AN ENERGY-BASED BENCHMARK

1.1. Volume II as a Model Limited to a Single Carrier

Volume II is built around the concept most accessible to a broad audience: electricity. This is an architectural decision. It makes the initial categories familiar (an electricity bill, fuel costs, a tariff) and makes it possible to describe the mechanism of resource extraction without introducing ontological terminology.

However, this model has a fundamental limitation. Volume II describes a familiar resource that everyone knows, but it does not fully solve the problems of debt and accounting. Electricity is only one carrier of energy. A system built around a single carrier is structurally incomplete and therefore leads to a dead end in the long term.

Volume II was necessary as a stepping stone. Without it, Volume III would be incomprehensible to most readers. Volume II is the language of entry. Volume III is the language of transition.

Why Volume II did not discuss ergies.

Volume II deliberately remains within the illusion that “electricity = everything,” because this is its language, function, and audience. Volume II speaks the language of the majority: electricity, the power bill, gasoline, pipelines, debt. People see these things every day and understand what they mean. Volume II answers the question “how is a resource extracted?” in familiar terms. If we inserted qualifications about “other ergies” and “electricity is not the only option,” we would undermine its function: it would cease to be understandable to those who are not yet ready. This would expose the illusion prematurely.

The illusion of sufficiency in Volume II is not an error but an architectural technique. It is like a staircase: first, a step that anyone can stand on; then another step for those who are ready. Volume II is the first step. Volume III is the next.

The dividing line does not run within Volume II, but between Volume II and Volume III.

Volume II: “Here is electricity. Here is how it is extracted through debt. Here is the alternative: NES.” (The language of the majority; the illusion of sufficiency is preserved as a working tool.)

Volume III: “Stop. Electricity is not everything. There are other ergies. A benchmark based on just one of them leads to a dead end. The way out is QPURE, anchored to the Earth.” (The illusion is exposed, and the transition to QPURE begins.)

This is precisely why Volume II is not being revised. It remains as it is: understandable, familiar, and diagnostic. Volume III takes on the entire task of exposing the illusion. Part 2 states directly that “an energy-based benchmark is impossible,” that “energy is one of many ergies,” and that “this is a dead end.” Part 3 introduces QPURE as an analogue of reserves, anchored to the Earth. Part 3.3, Step 2, is titled “Abandoning the energy-based benchmark.” This is the dividing line.

Dispelling Myth 24. “Volume II should have discussed ergies” is a myth because Volume II was written in the language of the majority. If it had introduced “ergies,” it would have ceased to be understandable. The illusion of sufficiency is not an error but an architectural technique. The dividing line does not run within Volume II, but between Volume II and Volume III. Pattern 4: a single-measure system is incomplete, but that does not mean the single measure must be introduced immediately. A staircase: first one step, then the next.

1.2. Energy and Ergy as Resources

In the physical sense, energy is defined as a scalar physical quantity that serves as a universal measure of different forms of motion and interaction of matter, and as a measure of the transformation of matter’s motion from one form into another. Energy is neither created nor destroyed; it is transformed from one form into another.

Ergy is a category introduced in this volume to denote a form of energy organization that has its own measure and its own mode of manifestation. If, in everyday usage, the term “energy” is reduced to electricity, the term “ergy” establishes the plurality of forms and the need to account for each of them separately.

The fundamental thesis: energy (ergy), in itself, is a resource. It is not a “commodity,” a “service,” or a “financial instrument.” It is a resource that exists regardless of whether it is recognized. Electricity is one way it manifests itself, but not the only one.

1.2.1. Why the Myth “Energy = Electricity” Persists

The myth persists because electricity is the only form of energy that sends people a bill every day. It is visible, measurable, and tariffed. Structural, frequency-based, ontological, and terrestrial ergies do not send bills; they are invisible in everyday experience. But invisible does not mean nonexistent.

The myth saves mental effort: if energy = electricity, accounting can be reduced to a meter. If energy = a plurality of ergies, accounting requires a plurality of measures. The myth is convenient, but structurally incomplete.

1.3. The Bug in Previous Systems: An Incomplete Measure

The history of the financial system is, essentially, the history of attempts to provide a resource basis for a benchmark. Each attempt solved part of the problem but encountered a fundamental limitation.

1.3.1. Gold: Why the Measure Proved Incomplete

The gold standard provided a physical anchor. However, the measure was incomplete: the value of gold was diminished or transformed over time. Gold did not reflect other ergies: structural, frequency-based, ontological, or terrestrial. It accounted for only one type of resource, and even then only in static terms. The resource potential of land, labor, and knowledge remained outside the accounting framework.

Historical overview. The gold standard dominated in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In 1944, the Bretton Woods Conference established the dollar as the world’s reserve currency, pegged to gold at $35 per ounce. In 1971, President Nixon ended the dollar’s convertibility into gold, marking the transition to a fiat system. From that point onward, the monetary measure was no longer backed by a physical asset.

Dispelling Myth 2. “Gold is the eternal standard of value” is a myth because gold accounted only for mass, not labor, knowledge, or land. This is not a flaw in gold itself, but a structural limitation of any single-measure system. Pattern 4: a single-measure system is incomplete.

1.3.2. Fiat: Faith as an Ergy That Was Never Accounted For

The modern fiat system is based on trust. Fiat money has no intrinsic value beyond the value conferred on it by collective trust. The measure is not backed by physical assets, only by faith. Faith is one type of ergy. However, the system had no way to account for the volume of this ergy. It treated trust as a given but did not measure it. It could not see where faith existed and where it was merely being imitated. It could not distinguish purity of intent from speculative confidence.

Historical overview. Hyperinflation in the Weimar Republic (1923), Zimbabwe (2008), and Venezuela (2018) illustrates how faith disappears and the measure collapses with it. The system could not predict these collapses because it did not measure faith as an ergy.

Dispelling Myth 3. “Fiat is backed by trust, and trust is an asset” is a myth because trust is not measured. If faith is not measured, it is not accounted for. If it is not accounted for, the system cannot detect imitation. Pattern 5: what is not measured is not accounted for.

1.3.3. Bitcoin: A Step Forward, but Still Tied to a Single Carrier

Bitcoin is tied to electricity through mining. This is a step forward compared with fiat: the measure is backed by a physical process. However, tying it to a single carrier (electricity) makes the system vulnerable. Electricity is necessary, but it is not the only source. The methods of obtaining it that are known today may be replaced. Nikola Tesla’s research and other lines of inquiry point toward the possibility of different principles for transmitting and extracting energy. A system rigidly tied to a single method is not resilient.

Historical overview. Bitcoin’s volatility, including declines of 80% in 2018 and 2022, demonstrates that tying a system to a single carrier does not guarantee stability. Bitcoin is a step forward, but not the final benchmark.

Dispelling Myth 4. “Bitcoin is the final benchmark” is a myth because a step forward ≠ the endpoint. Bitcoin is tied to a single carrier (electricity), making it vulnerable in the same way gold is vulnerable when tied to a single resource. Pattern 4: a single-measure system is incomplete.

1.3.4. Comparative Table of Benchmarks

Benchmark Basis Backing Mechanism Risk Limitation
Gold Metal Physical mass Deflation Limited supply of mass Does not reflect other ergies
Fiat Trust Promise Inflation Collapse of faith Not physically backed
Bitcoin Electricity Mining Deflation Volatility Tied to a single carrier
QPURE Earth 1 kg of Earth Deflation Physics Requires an ontological layer

Conclusion. The bug in previous systems lies in the incompleteness of their measures. A measure either accounted for only one resource (gold), was not physically backed (fiat), or was tied to a single carrier (Bitcoin). The task of this volume is to combine the known types of ergies and resources and provide a benchmark that does not repeat this mistake.

1.4. Definition of QPURE

QPURE is a unifier and an operator that transforms LIGHT → RESOURCE. QPURE brings together the 12 kingdoms of nature, is supported by 12 levels of backing, and performs four functions: measurement, accounting, settlement, and audit.

Its key characteristic is that QPURE is anchored to the Earth: to 1 kg, to 36 elements, and to the planet’s physical mass. This anchor establishes a deflationary mechanism: QPURE is not inflationary because the mass of the Earth is fixed.

QPURE is a form of deflationary benchmark that replaces a benchmark based on a single carrier. The transition moves from flow to stock, from promise to land, and from inflation to fixation.

1.5. The Best-Known Types of Ergies (Non-Exhaustive List)

Below are types of ergies that can potentially be accounted for at the current stage. The list is not exhaustive and may be expanded as research develops.

Type of Ergy Description Area of Manifestation Measure Function in the System
Electricity A physical resource that can be converted into work Generation, grids, mining kWh Base liquidity
Structural ergy System organization and the order of connections Networks, hierarchies, architecture psi Stability
Frequency-based ergy Resonance and the state of a system Lambda, phi, harmonics Hz Synchronization
Ontological ergy Meaning, law, and ontological order QPURE, Tozhestvo DOBRA Fairness
Terrestrial ergy Anchoring to the planet’s physical mass BITOS, 1 kg of Earth kg Deflationary foundation

Qualification. A complete list of ergies is not provided at this stage. The objective of this volume is not to exhaust the full set, but to provide a benchmark that can account for known types and remains open to expansion.

1.6. The Insufficiency of a Single Type of Ergy

Even if humanity were to learn to control any one type of ergy as effectively as it controls electricity, using that single type of ergy would not ensure that the system operated effectively and fairly.

Rationale:

  • Electricity does not solve the problem of debt.
  • Structural ergy does not solve the problem of accounting for value.
  • Frequency-based ergy does not solve the problem of fairness.
  • Terrestrial ergy does not solve the problem of liquidity.

Each type of ergy is a part, not the whole.

1.7. QPURE as a Comprehensive Solution

QPURE does not reject electricity. It includes electricity as one of many ergies, but as a part rather than the whole. QPURE combines known types of ergies into a unified architecture while remaining open to an expanded list.

1.8. The Hierarchy of the Volumes

Volume Audience Language Introduced Instrument Subject
Volume I General audience Resources, mining, Bitcoin NES Defining the resource
Volume II General audience Debt, Basel, the club (the language of the majority) Alternative Mechanism of extraction
Volume III Prepared audience Reserves, QPURE, Aurobilan, digital financial assets (the language of transition) Transition A way out of the dead end

1.9. Verifiability of Part 1

Key claim: “A single-measure system is incomplete.”

Test: Take any benchmark (gold, fiat, Bitcoin) and list the ergies it accounts for. If the number is fewer than five, the measure is incomplete. Gold accounts for mass (1), fiat for faith (1), and Bitcoin for electricity (1). QPURE accounts for five: electricity, structural, frequency-based, ontological, and terrestrial ergies. This can be verified logically.

1.10. Limitations and Conditions of Part 1

The claim that “QPURE includes five ergies” is implementable only if a measurement mechanism exists for each ergy. For electricity, this is kWh. For structural ergy, it is psi (see Part 11). For frequency-based ergy, it is Hz. For ontological ergy, it is DOBRA. For terrestrial ergy, it is kg.

If a measurement mechanism is missing for even one of the ergies, QPURE remains a declaration. The condition is that the measurement mechanisms must be operational (Part 11).

1.11. Myths Dispelled and Patterns Used in Part 1

Myths dispelled: 1 (“energy = electricity”), 2 (“gold is the eternal standard of value”), 3 (“fiat is backed by trust”), 4 (“Bitcoin is the final benchmark”), and 24 (“Volume II should have discussed ergies”).

Patterns used: 4 (a single-measure system is incomplete) and 5 (what is not measured is not accounted for).
