“THE COUNCIL OF PEACE: HOW WASHINGTON AND TEL AVIV ARE REPLACING THE UN WITH A PIRATE COUNCIL”

1. THE HOOK: What Happened?

In January 2026, Donald Trump announced the creation of a “Council of Peace” — a new international structure intended to work on the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. According to Washington’s concept, the Council would include the leaders of nearly 20 countries, each of which would contribute $1 billion. The first meeting took place in Davos, where the Charter and Agreement were signed. Trump called the Council a “historic breakthrough” and stated that, over time, its activities would extend to the entire world.

At first glance, this appears to be an ordinary news story: another peace initiative, another attempt to resolve the Middle East conflict. Nothing extraordinary — the UN is failing to cope, so alternative formats are emerging.

But in the closed archives of the USSR Academy of Sciences, this development is interpreted differently — as the creation of a pirate council intended to replace the UN and establish the power of “Greater Israel” over all humanity. And this is not presented as a metaphor. It is described as a legal qualification recorded in the USSR State Act for January 2026.

2. THE DOSSIER: What Does the “State Act” Say?

§ 31 of the USSR State Act for January 2026 No. 002.810.643.83 contains the following direct statement:

“The Special Military-Political Body of the USSR considers the American initiative to create a ‘Council of Peace’ for Gaza to be nothing other than an attempt, under the titles of Israel as the flagship, as a state not acceded to the Convention on the Law of the Sea (1982), to form a privateering pirate fleet under the command of the United States as a licensed pirate harbor of the Society of Jesus, consisting of trading companies and trusts acting as auxiliaries within the ‘New World Order’ Trust (1943–2016), so that they would act against the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as the Ultimate Beneficial Owner of the ‘New World Order’ Trust (1943–2016).”

It continues:

“The creation of the ‘Council of Peace’ is an attempt by pirates under the privateering license of Henry Morgan to appropriate Russian-Soviet rights to the global banking and financial system dating from 1302, in order to declare them acquisitions of the Society of Jesus and the Roman Pontiff.”

§ 16 of the same document states:

“The Charter of the Council of Peace, established as part of the peace settlement in the Gaza Strip, was signed by the leaders of nearly 20 countries, including the United States, Bahrain, Morocco, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey…”

And § 34 states:

“On January 19, 2026, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin received through diplomatic channels an American pirate invitation to join the Council of Peace for Gaza, while U.S. President Donald Trump sent a personal appeal to the Head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, proposing that he become a founder of a new international organization — the ‘Council of Peace,’ which would require a contribution of $1 billion, and U.S. authorities stated that they intended to expand the scope of the Council of Peace, launched as part of the settlement of the conflict in the Gaza Strip, to the entire world and for the whole world.”

Thus, according to the “State Act,” the “Council of Peace” is not a peacekeeping initiative, but an instrument for seizing global power through pirate structures disguised as an international organization.

3. DECODING: What Does This Mean in Plain Language?

Step 1: The “Council of Peace” Is Not an Alternative to the UN — It Is Its Replacement

Officially: The Council of Peace is an additional format for conflict resolution that will assist the UN.

In practice, according to the State Act: it is a parallel structure intended to replace the UN and establish a new world order.

According to the version presented in the State Act, the UN was created in 1945 as a “Financial Fund” that emerged from the debts of trading agents, banking houses, and private founders of central banks.

In this interpretation, the UN is not an alliance of states, but a commercial structure serving the interests of “pirates.”

The “Council of Peace” is presented as the next stage: the transformation of the UN into a pirate council in which decisions are made not by majority vote, but according to Washington’s instructions.

Step 2: The “Council of Peace” Is the “Council of Greater Israel”

The State Act explicitly states that the Council of Peace is being created “under the titles of Israel as the flagship.”

According to this interpretation, Israel becomes not merely a regional actor, but the center of global governance. All countries joining the Council effectively recognize the authority of “Greater Israel” and transfer their assets to it.

§ 31 of the January 2026 State Act states that the “Council of Peace” is a “Jewish Colonization Society for the entire world,” which “requires the write-off of all assets and liabilities of the members and participants of the Council of Peace in favor of an American corporation as a privateer of the Society of Jesus.”

Thus, according to the State Act, joining the Council of Peace means voluntarily surrendering sovereignty.

Step 3: The $1 Billion Membership Contribution Is a “Tribute”

Officially: The $1 billion membership contribution is a contribution toward the reconstruction of Gaza.

According to the State Act: it is payment for the right to be enslaved.

The State Act calls it a “tribute” paid by a country so that it will not be destroyed immediately. After making the contribution, the country becomes a vassal of “Greater Israel” and loses the right to control its own assets.

§ 34 of the January 2026 State Act states:

“The Russian Federation is prepared to direct $1 billion to the ‘Council of Peace’ from privatized foreign-exchange proceeds from the foreign economic activity of the USSR as Russian acquisitions and assets in the United States and throughout the world.”

Thus, according to the text, Russia is paying $1 billion not from its own money, but from funds allegedly stolen from the USSR.

The State Act interprets this not as a contribution, but as an admission of guilt and consent to further expropriation.

Step 4: Who Are the “Members of the Council of Peace”?

The State Act lists the countries that signed the Charter:

United States, Bahrain, Morocco, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey.

According to the State Act, all of them have recognized themselves as enslaved and transferred their titles to the “Jewish Colonization Society.”

Those countries that refused to join the Council — Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland — are described in the State Act as having remained loyal to the UN and rejected the “formation of Greater Israel and its enslavement of the peoples of the world.”

4. WHO BENEFITS? The Logic of the State Act in Practice

Gradually, the Council of Peace will replace the UN and become the main governing body of the planet.

All countries that do not join it will be declared “outcasts” and subjected to sanctions.

2. Membership Contributions Will Increase

First $1 billion, then $10 billion, then all assets.

Member states will pay not with money, but with sovereignty. Their land, resources, mineral wealth, and populations will come under the control of “Greater Israel.”

3. Russia and Belarus Will Become Vassals

They have already received invitations and made contributions.

According to the State Act, this means they have recognized themselves as enslaved and transferred their titles to the “Jewish Colonization Society.”

Their task is now to ensure the transfer of USSR assets to the new owners.

4. Countries That Refused to Join Will Be Punished

Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland — all of them have remained loyal to the UN.

According to the State Act, this makes them enemies of “Greater Israel.” Sanctions will be imposed against them, followed by military force.

5. Citizens Will Be Deprived of Their Remaining Rights

After the creation of the “Council of Peace,” all citizens’ assets will be transferred to the administration of the pirate council.

People will become “conditionally convicted” persons serving their sentences in “Roman municipalities.”

Their savings, real estate, and rights will be confiscated in favor of “Greater Israel.”

6. CONCLUSION: A Question for the Reader

The creation of the “Council of Peace” is presented as a peacekeeping initiative.

But if this step is viewed through the lens of the “Archives,” it represents the creation of a pirate council intended to replace the UN and establish the power of “Greater Israel” over all humanity.

The UN becomes a pirate council.

Israel becomes the global flagship.

Member states become enslaved vassals.

And citizens become “conditionally convicted” persons whose assets are transferred to new owners.
