MEMORANDUM. VOLUME III
TRANSITION. FROM ELECTRICITY TO QPURE. AUROBILAN, DIGITAL FINANCIAL ASSETS AND BANKS
DISCLAIMER
This document is a conceptual project prepared on the basis of publicly available data, public statements, and analytical materials. This Memorandum is not a legal document, investment recommendation, or call to action. All conclusions are probabilistic and analytical in nature.
BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE VOLUMES
- Volume I (physical architecture): energy as a common public resource, Bitcoin as an energy derivative, NES as a distribution mechanism. Subject: defining the resource.
- Volume II (financial architecture): debt, the Club, Basel, and mechanisms for resource extraction. Subject: the mechanism of resource extraction and the construction of an alternative.
- Volume III (ontological architecture): establishing the impossibility of an energy standard, QPURE as a land-based reference, Aurobilan as an accounting system, integration with digital financial assets and banks, and the cross-border nature of intangible assets. Subject: the transition from electricity to QPURE and a way out of the deadlock for each country.
Elements of Volumes I and II (NES, Basel, and the debt pyramid) are not duplicated in this volume and are referenced where necessary. However, to ensure continuity, this volume contains three bridges:
- Bridge I → III (Part 9): how NES (a share in the Bitcoin pool, Volume I) relates to QPURE (a share in land, Volume III), and what happens to an NES holder during the transition.
- Bridge II → III (Part 10): how the debt pyramid (Basel, the Club, defaults, Volume II) is refinanced through QPURE and where the “way out of the deadlock” comes from.
- Bridge from ontology to operations (Part 11): who measures psi and how, verifies reserves, and establishes Lankearch; in other words, how QPURE is transformed from a declaration into a functioning mechanism.
Without these three bridges, Volume III remains a description of a standard but does not become a transition mechanism. This is precisely why they are included in the present edition.
PART 2. JUSTIFICATION OF THE IMPOSSIBILITY OF AN ENERGY STANDARD
2.1. Formulation of the Problem
Volumes I and II are built around electricity. The corresponding formula connects electricity, mining, and distribution and is valid for one type of energy. However, energy as a category is not limited to electricity. Building a standard exclusively on electricity leads to a structural deadlock.
2.2. Decoding the Concept of “Ergia”
Ergia is a category denoting a form of energy organization that possesses its own measure and its own mode of manifestation. Unlike the term “energy,” which in everyday usage is reduced to electricity, the term “ergia” establishes the multiplicity of forms and the need to account for each of them separately.
2.2.1. Decoding Each Ergia
Electrical energy. A physical resource converted into work. It manifests itself in generation, power grids, and mining. It is measured in kWh. It is accounted for by energy companies and mining pools. Its function in the system is basic liquidity.
Structural ergia. The organization of a system and the order of its connections. It manifests itself in networks, hierarchies, and architecture. It is measured through psi (purity of intention). It is accounted for by Aurobilan and NERD. Its function in the system is stability.
Frequency ergia. Resonance and the state of a system. It manifests itself through lambda, phi, and harmonics. It is measured in Hz. It is accounted for by NERD and resonance-based methods. Its function in the system is synchronization.
Ontological ergia. Meaning, law, and ontological order. It manifests itself in QPURE and Tozhestvo. It is measured through DOBRA. It is accounted for by Aurobilan and SCRIPTUM. Its function in the system is justice.
Terrestrial ergia. A reference to the physical mass of the planet. It manifests itself through BITOS and 1 kg of Earth. It is measured in kg. It is accounted for by Lankearch and the Erdebil an register. Its function in the system is the deflationary foundation.
| Type of ergia | Definition | Area of manifestation | Measure | Function | Accounting entity |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Electrical energy | A physical resource converted into work | Generation, power grids, mining | kWh | Basic liquidity | Energy companies, mining pools |
| Structural ergia | System organization and the order of connections | Networks, hierarchies, architecture | psi | Stability | Aurobilan, NERD |
| Frequency ergia | Resonance and the state of a system | Lambda, phi, harmonics | Hz | Synchronization | NERD, resonance-based methods |
| Ontological ergia | Meaning, law, and ontological order | QPURE, Tozhestvo | DOBRA | Justice | Aurobilan, SCRIPTUM |
| Terrestrial ergia | A reference to the physical mass of the planet | BITOS, 1 kg of Earth | kg | Deflationary foundation | Lankearch, Erdebil an register |
Conclusion: an energy standard is impossible because energy is not a single, unified category. The multiplicity of ergias requires multiple measures and a comprehensive unifier.
2.3. Electricity: Necessity and Non-Exclusivity
Electricity is essential to the functioning of modern infrastructure. However, it is not the only source. The methods of generating it that are known today may be replaced.
2.3.1. The Tesla Case: Alternative Principles of Energy Transmission
Nikola Tesla (1856–1943) studied wireless energy transmission and resonance systems. His experiments in Colorado Springs (1899) and the Wardenclyffe project (1901–1906) were aimed at creating a system for transmitting energy wirelessly over long distances. Although the project was never completed on an industrial scale, the very existence of alternative principles of energy transmission and extraction demonstrates that a system rigidly tied to a single method of generation lacks resilience.
This case illustrates a fundamental thesis: electricity is necessary, but it is not the only source. A standard tied to a single carrier is vulnerable.
Debunking Myth 7. “If there is only one method of energy extraction, there must be only one measure” is a myth because the extraction method can be replaced. If the method changes while the measure remains tied to the old method, the system collapses. Pattern 4: a single measure is incomplete.
2.4. The Illusion of the Sufficiency of Current Official Knowledge
In popular understanding, energy is equated with electricity. This identification creates an illusion of sufficiency: a person assumes that by understanding electricity, they have understood energy as such. Volume III exposes this illusion and establishes that electricity is only one carrier, behind which lie structural, frequency, ontological, and terrestrial ergias.
However, the illusion of sufficiency has a deeper foundation: the illusion that current official knowledge is complete. Official science is a system of theories and models accepted at a given point in time. The acceptance or rejection of a theory is not a criterion for determining whether the corresponding phenomenon is possible or impossible. The rejection of a theory by the official scientific community indicates only that the theory has either not been fully studied, has not been adequately disclosed, or does not correspond to the current paradigm.
Example. The theory of torsion fields is not taught in official educational institutions and is not part of the accepted physical picture of the world. However, the mere fact that this theory is not accepted does not demonstrate the impossibility of the phenomena it describes. It indicates only that the phenomenon has either not been fully studied, has not been adequately disclosed, or does not fit within the current paradigm.
Implications for this volume. The construction of a standard cannot rely exclusively on current official knowledge. It must take into account:
- accepted theories (electricity, mining, Bitcoin);
- theories currently under investigation (torsion fields, resonance systems, wireless energy transmission);
- phenomena that have not yet been described within official science but are empirically recorded.
This is precisely why QPURE is not tied to a single carrier and does not treat current official knowledge as absolute. QPURE is tied to the Earth, to the physical mass of the planet, which exists independently of whether a corresponding theory is accepted.
Debunking Myth 6. “Official science knows everything” is a myth because official science is a system of accepted models, not the boundary of what is possible. Rejection of a theory ≠ impossibility of a phenomenon. Pattern 6: rejection of a theory ≠ impossibility of a phenomenon.
2.4.1. Physical Foundations
The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but only transformed from one form into another. Consequently, a standard must be tied to potential (reserves), rather than flow (extraction). Flow is subject to inflationary pressure; potential is not. This principle underlies QPURE.
2.5. Distinguishing the Rejection of a Standard from the Rejection of Energy
Rejecting an energy standard does not mean rejecting energy. The issue is the rejection of the absolutization of a single carrier. Energy remains within the system but ceases to be its sole measure. QPURE represents the next level of abstraction: a universal measure tied to the Earth rather than to a specific carrier.
Debunking Myth 5. “If an energy standard is impossible, then no standard exists at all” is a myth because rejecting an energy standard ≠ rejecting the concept of a standard. QPURE is not an energy standard but an Earth-based standard. Pattern 1: flow → reserves.
2.6. Verifiability of Part 2
Key statement: “Energy is not a single, unified category.” Verification: list the forms of energy manifestation that you observe every day. Electricity (the meter), heat (heating), structural organization (order in a home), frequency resonance (communications), and meaning (reading). If there is more than one form, the category is not unified. This can be verified empirically.
2.7. Limitations and Conditions of Part 2
The statement “the multiplicity of ergias requires multiple measures” is implementable provided that each ergia has an operational measure. Electricity is measured in kWh. Structural ergia is measured in psi (see Part 11). Frequency ergia is measured in Hz. Ontological ergia is measured in DOBRA. Terrestrial ergia is measured in kg. If even one measure is not operational, multiplicity remains merely declarative. Condition: operationalization of measures (Part 11).
2.8. Myths Debunked and Patterns Used in Part 2
Myths debunked: 5 (“if an energy standard is impossible, no standard exists”), 6 (“official science knows everything”), 7 (“one method of energy extraction = one measure”).
Patterns used: 1 (flow → reserves), 4 (a single measure is incomplete), 6 (rejection of a theory ≠ impossibility of a phenomenon).
