30,000 Tons of Paper: How the Dollar Became Air and Why Only Bitcoin Saves
30 THOUSAND TONS OF PAPER. 1971–2026. HOW THEY SOLD US AIR
August 15, 1971.
Nixon closed the “gold window.”
The dollar ceased to be a receipt for gold. It became just paper with ink.
Before, the system was held together by physics. Want to print a dollar — mine an ounce. Can’t mine it — don’t print.
It restrained. It was honest.
Then they said: “Why make it so complicated? We’ll just turn on the printing press.”
—
THE PRESS COUNTER. 2026.
As of November 2025, the U.S. M2 money supply is 22.32 TRILLION dollars.
An all-time high.
Converted into $100 bills — the U.S. prints about 30 thousand tons of paper per year.
By the ton. Every year. Backed by nothing.
—
NOW ABOUT HOW THOSE TONS LANDED IN YOUR POCKET.
I’m not taking the “average regional salary” of 68 thousand. Because people in Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Sochi get 40–60 thousand. Take-home. This isn’t conspiracy theory — this is life.
Let’s be honest. The region. Real numbers. No manipulation.
—
2010. KRASNODAR KRAI.
Salary:
18,000 rubles per month.
216,000 rubles per year.
Apartment (normal two-bedroom, 45 m²):
2,100,000 rubles.
How many years to save?
2.1 million / 216 thousand = 9.7 years.
If you save EVERYTHING. Don’t eat, don’t drink, don’t pay utilities.
—
2026. KRASNODAR.
Real salary:
50,000 rubles per month.
600,000 rubles per year.
Real apartment:
Average new build price — 190,000 rub./m².
Two-bedroom, 45 m² = 8,550,000 rubles.
How many years to save?
8.55 million / 600 thousand = 14.2 years.
Gap from 2010: +4.5 years of life.
—
2026. NOVOROSSIYSK.
Real salary:
50,000 rubles per month.
600,000 rubles per year.
Real apartment:
Good district (Yuzhny, sea, Aleksino) — from 250,000 to 350,000 rub./m².
Two-bedroom, 45 m² = 11.2 – 15.7 million rubles.
Residential complex “Residence of the Seas” — studio 37 m² = 12 million.
Residential complex “Barsa” — 288,000 rub./m².
How many years to save?
Taking the minimum: 11.2 million / 600 thousand = 18.6 years.
In reality — all 20–25 years.
Gap from 2010: +9 years of life.
—
2026. SOCHI.
Real salary:
50,000 rubles per month.
600,000 rubles per year.
Real apartment:
Average new build price — 428,900 rub./m².
Two-bedroom, 45 m² = 19,300,000 rubles.
How many years to save?
19.3 million / 600 thousand = 32 years.
Gap from 2010: +22 years of life.

YOU STARTED WORKING BETTER? YES.
YOU STARTED WORKING MORE? YES.
YOUR PRODUCTIVITY INCREASED? YES.
BUT THE PRESS PRINTED FASTER.
In Krasnodar, you’ve been thrown back 4.5 years.
In Novorossiysk — 9 years.
In Sochi — 22 years.
Your labor has been devalued.
Your time has become cheaper.
You run faster, but the treadmill accelerates even faster.
—
WHO IS TO BLAME?
Not the “world shadow government.”
Not the “reptilians.”
Not the “fifth column.”
The Fed. The printing press. And the decision of 1971.
Since 1971, the world’s central banks are not accountable for anything.
They just turned on the printer and said: “Live with it.”
—
WHAT TO DO?
There is only one tool that already exists and requires no one’s permission.
Bitcoin.
21 million coins. Not a single coin more.
No one will ever print the 22nd million.
Even if Congress passes a law.
Even if all the presidents of the world sign a decree.
The code won’t allow it.
Halving every 4 years.
Block reward — 3.125 BTC.
The last coin will be mined in 2140.
Bitcoin is the first asset in human history whose issuance does not depend on the mood of the Fed chairman.
—
BUT YOU KNOW — THEY FOUND A LOOPHOLE HERE TOO.
If you can’t print bitcoin itself — you can print a “dollar” that pretends to be money to buy it.
Tether (USDT).
The mechanics of the “printing press 2.0”:
1. A large player arrives: “Give us USDT, clients want to buy.”
2. Tether receives dollars, treasuries, commercial paper.
3. Only after receiving assets do they “mint” new USDT.
4. Tokens go to exchanges → buy bitcoin → price rises.
Formally — backed 1:1.
BUT WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?
We don’t see bank statements in real time.
We don’t know if they sold those bonds before printing new ones.
We trust them on their word.
This isn’t transparency. This is the same printing press, just with a wallet interface.
—
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY OUT. NO OTHER.
Transparent issuance. Public registry. Blockchain.
When every new dollar, euro, ruble bill is recorded in an immutable ledger.
When any person opens a block explorer and sees:
> Today at 14:35, 5 billion dollars were issued.
> Transaction …
> Treasury signature…
> Reserves: here they are, here’s the audit, here are the proofs.
When issuance cannot be hidden in M2 statistics, but can only be shown to the world.
Then the era of “30 thousand tons of paper per year” will end.
Because lying becomes impossible when the entire network is watching you.
I don’t know if we’ll live to see that moment.
But I know for sure that the only way to preserve the value of your labor until that moment — is Bitcoin.
Not gold.
Not the dollar.
Not real estate, which will be squeezed out of you by taxes and utilities.
Only mathematics. Only code.
—
DO NOT SELL YOUR SATOSHIS.
Even when it’s scary.
Even at the bottom.
Even when it seems like “BTC is dead.”
Even when friends laugh and influencers advise dumping into a “promising alt.”
What lies in your cold wallet — is not a “volatile asset.”
It’s not a way to get rich quick by Tuesday.
It is the right to vote in the future financial system.
It is the privilege of not participating in the orgy of devaluation.
It is the only way I know to tell the system:
> “I sell my time at my own price.
> Not at the price your printing press stamped.”
The last Bitcoin will be mined in 2140.
You and I won’t be here.
But if we don’t buy it today — our children won’t even have a chance to ever leave this casino.
