Trump. Cyber Weapons and World Domination

I advise you to watch the excellent Russian multi-part film “Bomb” (“Bomba”). By director Igor Kopylov, shot by Valery Todorovsky’s production center. It tells about Soviet nuclear physicists who in 1945-1949 created the first atomic bomb in the Soviet Union. The main roles in the series were played by Viktor Dobronravov, Evgenia Brik and Evgeny Tkachuk.

Read the book “Intelligence and the Kremlin: Notes of an Unwanted Witness” — an autobiographical book by Soviet intelligence officer Pavel Sudoplatov about how the secrets of the atomic bomb production were obtained in the USA.

But the main essence of the rapid creation of the atomic bomb by the USSR lies in the essence of the NSA project “Venona” for deciphering the ciphers of Soviet intelligence officers. The disclosure of this project can shed light on the historical fact that the secret of the atomic bomb was transferred from the USA to the USSR specifically so that there would be no imbalance of political and military forces in the world and a world Dictator would not come to power!

As always, he who owns the information, owns the world. And the study of the history of cryptography clearly shows why countries are decided, wars are lost and why one or another political leader comes to power (This especially applies to the period of history of the 20th – 21st centuries).

“If in peacetime the cipher was one of the most important parts of the diplomatic machine, then in wartime the fate of armies and peoples depended on the quality of the cipher. Ciphers have existed since time immemorial, but it can be said with confidence that they have never played such a role as in the First World War. It was necessary to transmit military secrets between allies separated by an impenetrable wall of enemy fronts. Technology made it possible to overcome this difficulty. The most secret documents for mutual information rushed through the air over the heads of the enemies through invisible ether waves. The only trouble was that intercepting radio broadcasting turned out to be much easier than capturing an enemy messenger.” — Military agent in France, Colonel Count A.A. Ignatiev.

Later, A.A. Ignatiev became one of the most trusted people of I. Stalin and had the right to visit his office without an appointment. On his recommendations and after the analysis of the NKVD of the Second World War, I. Stalin creates the Main Directorate of the Special Service under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, in which he unites the best cryptographers of the country to work on the creation of the supercomputer “Vesna” (“Spring”), which could decipher, “practically”, any ciphers of the world. My father Viktor Ivanovich Klepov participated in the development and operation of this supercomputer and his photograph is in the Hall of Fame of Russian radio intelligence.

  1. Stalin placed the radio intelligence project above any military projects of the USSR: atomic, missile…

The basis of radio intelligence, and in modern terms cyber weapons, are high-performance microprocessors.

President Trump just imposed 100% tariffs on chip imports.

Taiwan is in crisis. TSMC management is holding emergency meetings. Government officials from many countries are trying to find solutions.

This is why it is important and why it is extremely important and drastically changes the entire political map of the world.

The chronology tells the story.

Monday: Tariff announcement.

Tuesday: Apple’s CEO rushes to the White House.

Wednesday: $100 billion allocation announced.

Trump has been preparing this for years. He got the idea from R. Nixon.

Taiwan produces 60% of the world’s semiconductors. 90% of modern chips.

Every iPhone. Every Tesla. Every AI server depends on Taiwan.

One statement jeopardized the entire supply chain.

This is where it gets interesting.

Trump did not impose a total ban. He gave companies a choice: “Build in America, pay nothing.”

TSMC has already invested $65 billion in factories in Arizona. Nvidia announced a $500 billion investment in US infrastructure.

Trump waited until they were invested. Then he moved.

Within 48 hours, commitments poured in.

Apple: additional US investment of $100 billion.

TSMC: total increased to $165 billion.

GlobalFoundries: $16 billion for facilities in New York.

$600 billion moved to America in three days!

Treasury Secretary Bessent revealed what was really happening:

“Over 75 countries are in our queue for trade offers.”

It’s about how to find the maximum financial resources for the development of semiconductor production in the USA.

The policy was simple:

Physical production in the USA = no tariffs.

Foreign production = 100% tariff.

No exceptions. No loopholes. Companies had two options: move or pay double.

The market value of technology companies’ shares increased by more than $800 billion.

Companies faced a choice: build factories in the USA once or pay 100% tariffs forever.

Most chose to build. But Trump’s plan was even bigger…

China controls 95% of gallium and germanium — materials critical for modern semiconductors.

By moving production to America, Trump ended decades of technological dependence.

The next crisis will not force American companies to look for foreign supply chains.

The Taiwanese government convened an emergency meeting.

Premier Cho Jun Tai announced “immediate cooperation plans” with the USA.

The National Development Council confirmed: TSMC is exempt from tax due to its plants in Arizona.

Other companies are still scrambling to prove their American credentials.

The final calculation:

One political announcement.

75 countries responded.

$600 billion moving to America.

This is how you change global supply chains without firing a single shot.

Why it is important:

This is not just semiconductors, it is the foundation of superiority in AI and, accordingly, in radio intelligence and cyber weapons.

While China dominates basic production, America is securing control over the technologies underlying artificial intelligence, IoT, robots, drones and modern weapons.

The result:

Millions of high-skilled jobs in America creating the chips that will power future AI systems and cyber weapons.

As the AI revolution gains momentum, America controls the hardware.

America’s control over CHIPS is just the beginning.

The next winners in AI will not just have the most advanced chips — they will prove that their systems are trustworthy and most importantly: the American government will be able to effectively remotely control AI!

Transparency freed companies from tariffs. Now it is necessary for the adoption of AI.

Forward-thinking enterprises understand that AI model verification and governance are not just compliance requirements, they are competitive advantages.

Which companies are winning today? Those that earn trust through transparent, verified artificial intelligence systems.

  1. S. My company developed the world’s best portable encryptors in their class. Created the world’s first hardware crypto-smartphone with its own operating system and the world’s first touch screen before the iPhone. And I can state from a professional point of view that the main thing is microprocessors!
